Fòs Feminista Canada is seeking strategic, forward-thinking leaders (Treasurer and General Member/s) to join our board of directors and shape the future of Canadian-led efforts to uphold and advance sexual and reproductive health and justice.
Feminista Canada is an affiliate of Fòs Feminista: International Alliance for Sexual and Reproductive Health, Rights, and Justice – a platform for action and solidarity focused on women, girls, and gender-diverse people. We bring together diverse ecosystem partners – local health care providers, community-based caregivers, rights-based educators, young leaders and grassroots activists – and harmonize their multifaceted work to ensure that women, girls, and gender-diverse people have the resources, power, and safety to exercise the full spectrum of their sexual and reproductive health and rights.
If you are a bold and visionary leader with a passion for reimagining how we mobilize resources in Canada and build cross-sectoral alliances to drive the future of sexual and reproductive health and rights, we want to hear from you. We are especially interested in individuals with connections to movements in the Global South; experience in resource mobilization in Canada and the Global North; and/or expertise in global health, reproductive rights at the intersections of climate change and other pressing global challenges, financial leadership, innovative financing, or allied movement support.
