Viviane has over 15 years of professional experience in human resources management at the international level. She is responsible for ensuring the implementation of organization-wide priorities as a feminist, anti-racist, equitable, and inclusive organization. Viviane leads the development and nurturing of a people-centered design that aligns with Fòs Feminista’s core values and strategic commitment to eliminating systemic marginalization and promoting inclusive and equitable human resources practices. She is excited to be part of Fòs Feminista at this crucial time in its history, in which the organization has gone beyond the mainstream conversation about feminism to include race and inclusion, boldly stating its intersectional feminist values.

Viviane holds a master’s degree in international law and international relations from the University of Birmingham (United Kingdom) and a Bachelor of Arts in law and Spanish from Anglia University, England, as well as a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Cornell University.
