Mark oversees the design, implementation, integration, and use of data and information systems to support strategic, evidence-based decision-making. In addition, Mark ensures that Fòs Feminista serves as a leading example in the field of how imaginative and advanced analytics and systems can enhance performance, impact, and research from an intersectional feminist lens.  Before joining Fòs Feminista, Mark worked in information technology and primary health care settings, including a health care system that served uninsured and medically underserved populations in Newark, New Jersey.  He is inspired by Fòs Feminista’s aim to nurture an intersectional feminist, anti-racist, anti-ableist, and decolonial ecosystem centered on serving the most marginalized women, girls, and gender-diverse people.

Mark holds an MD degree from Universidad Iberoamericana in the Dominican Republic and a Master of Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey.
