Jenny is responsible for delivering on our fundraising targets across Fòs Feminista’s top donor segments, including foundations, governments, and major donors, and cultivating new philanthropic partnerships to strategically expand our funding. With over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, Jenny is thrilled to be working with Fòs Feminista to mobilize bigger and better funding for feminist organizations and movements around the world.

Jenny joined the team in 2018 and has held several fundraising roles, progressively taking on greater responsibility to meet the moment of our organizational transformation and support our growing alliance of partners. Prior to Fòs Feminista, she worked for many years as the Director of Development & Communications at Fondo Semillas, a national feminist fund in Mexico, and before that she formed part of the fundraising team at our partner organization, Católicas por el Derecho a Decidir (Catholics for the Right to Decide – Mexico).

She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Women’s Studies from the University of Maryland and a Master of Arts in Gender and Development from the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) in the United Kingdom.
