Rising authoritarianism and shrinking funding are putting sexual and reproductive health and rights at risk worldwide. This year’s report shows how Fòs Feminista and our Alliance of 200 partner organizations across 40 countries are building the infrastructure to meet this moment — and what’s possible when movements are trusted to lead.
Funding cuts and policy rollbacks are straining sexual and reproductive health systems around the world. Fòs Feminista and our Alliance of more than 200 organizations across 40 countries are responding by building the infrastructure that lets partners protect access, hold governments accountable, and grow their financial independence.
Since 2021, that work has helped secure 368 policy reforms across 23 countries, delivered 114 million sexual and reproductive health services, and averted 3 million unintended pregnancies — reaching 715 million women and girls through stronger laws and policies.
This year’s report shows what that looks like in practice: partners in Venezuela reopening clinics after earthquakes, a self-sustaining ultrasound service in Colombia, and governments held accountable for funding the care they’ve already promised.
