Fòs Feminista is committed to providing a holistic set of benefits and to creating an organizational culture that prioritizes work-life balance, wellbeing, belonging, and engagement. Our comprehensive compensation package for each of our hiring locations is competitive with local markets for international NGOs and promotes internal equity in benefits.

Salaries

Fòs Feminista provides salaries that are internally equitable and locally competitive, alongside other monetary benefits, to support Team Members to have financial security. Recognizing that salary negotiations disproportionately benefit people with privileges, we have eliminated them at hiring. All new positions will be hired at the salary posted for the position.

Paid time off

All Team Members are entitled to at least 23 vacation days and 12 days of sick and care leave per year, plus the nationally recognized public holidays in their hiring location. New parents are also entitled to at least 12 weeks paid leave, and Fòs Feminista also accommodates Team Members using accrued paid leave to supplement parental leave.

Comprehensive medical insurance and other benefits

Fòs Feminista ensures that all Team Members, and their life partner and/or eligible family members, have access to quality private health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision benefits at no cost or minimal cost for employees and their eligible family members. Fòs Feminista also provides life insurance for all Team Members and covers disability insurance premiums as required by applicable laws.

Flexible work environment

Building from mutual trust, Fòs Feminista supports all Team Members to work virtually from their hiring location with the flexibility to create a schedule that accommodates their personal needs and care responsibilities.
