Carlos joined the organization as the Chief Operating Officer, leading all operations. He oversees finance, technology, human resources, talent management, and our social enterprise efforts, as well as our process improvement initiatives. Nearly half of the Strategic Management Team reports directly to Carlos. With over 30 years of experience in global development and operations, Carlos is dedicated to strengthening systems, processes, and procedures throughout the organization.
Carlos Carrazana’s professional journey reflects his commitment to effecting positive change. Notably, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Save the Children, where his leadership shaped the organization’s global vision over nearly a decade. Prior to Save the Children, his dedication extended to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, where he held the role of COO, working tirelessly toward an HIV-free world for mothers and children.
Carlos’s corporate acumen was honed through key roles at Deloitte as Managing Director and JPMorgan Chase in international banking. He possesses a solid academic foundation, with an undergraduate degree in economics from Bentley University, an MBA from American University’s Kogod School of Business, and a Master of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health from the University of Miami School of Medicine.
