As the Lead of Organizational Processes, Pedro plays a pivotal role in strengthening our systems, processes, and procedures across all departments. Pedro works closely with every team member to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient workflow. His responsibilities include overseeing key initiatives such as grants management improvements, implementing a thorough due diligence process for all our partners, and developing our comprehensive partnership site directory. This directory serves as a vast database of all our alliance partners, encompassing financial information, leadership details, programmatic outcomes, and more. 

In his role, Pedro is also responsible for analyzing company processes and developing strategies for process enhancement. He ensures the establishment of performance standards and facilitates continuous improvement projects. Pedro’s work involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance productivity, providing training and mentorship on new processes, and staying up to date with the latest developments in process optimization. His strategic and analytical mindset, coupled with his excellent communication and leadership skills, drive the organization’s commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. 

Pedro received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and a postgraduate Specialization in Hydroelectric Generation from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).
