Jackson Women's Health Organization overturned both Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pa. v. Casey, overturning almost 50 years of precedent that established the constitutional right to abortion in the United States. While the reversal of Roe v. Wade has far-reaching impacts on abortion access in the United States, the Dobbs decision does not impact the United States\u2019 programming related to\u2014or commitment to\u2014advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) in U.S. foreign assistance.
