Elas est\u00e3o mudando a vida de mulheres, meninas e pessoas com diversidade de g\u00eanero em pa\u00edses como M\u00e9xico, Honduras, Venezuela e Brasil - e suas hist\u00f3rias v\u00e3o inspir\u00e1-lo:\n<h1>Nedelka Lacayo<\/h1>\n<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mujeresafro.org\/\">Red de Mujeres Afrolatinoamericanas, Afrocaribe\u00f1as y de la Di\u00e1spora<\/a> (Honduras)<\/h2>\nA Rede de Mulheres Afro-Latino-Americanas, Afro-Caribenhas e da Di\u00e1spora (RMAAD) tem membros de quase todos os pa\u00edses da regi\u00e3o. Nedelka \u00e9 uma delas. Ela mora em Tegucigalpa, capital de Honduras, onde trabalha para promover e defender os direitos das mulheres negras. Uma das coisas de que Nedelka mais gosta \u00e9 a facilita\u00e7\u00e3o de processos de fortalecimento de capacidade com mulheres jovens e meninas sobre direitos humanos e defesa de direitos.\n<blockquote>\u201cA lideran\u00e7a das mulheres negras \u00e9 fundamental porque somente quando estamos capacitadas e sensibilizadas, deixamos nossa marca para as gera\u00e7\u00f5es futuras. Precisamos entender que o machismo, o racismo e outras formas de discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00eam impacto em nossas vidas, inclusive em nossas decis\u00f5es sexuais e reprodutivas. Se n\u00e3o fizermos nada para combater essas atitudes, nossa vida poder\u00e1 ser miser\u00e1vel porque, al\u00e9m desses problemas, n\u00f3s, mulheres negras, temos maior probabilidade de viver na pobreza e sofrer abusos do governo\u201d.\n\n&nbsp;<\/blockquote>\n<h1>Fernanda Viana Ara\u00fajo<\/h1>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.redesdamare.org.br\/\">Redes da Mar\u00e9<\/a> (Brasil)<\/h2>\nDurante os \u00faltimos 20 anos, Fernanda e sua comunidade na Mar\u00e9, no Rio de Janeiro, tiveram a oportunidade de conhecer a vida de seus filhos. <i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">favela<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> A equipe da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o tem promovido a integra\u00e7\u00e3o social entre os moradores da regi\u00e3o, estrat\u00e9gias de sa\u00fade, incluindo servi\u00e7os sexuais e reprodutivos, e a defesa dos direitos humanos. Ela nasceu e foi criada na <em>favela<\/em> onde ainda vive com seus tr\u00eas filhos. Fernanda supervisiona o <strong>Acesso \u00e0 justi\u00e7a<\/strong> Ela e seus colegas mudaram seu foco para apoiar os mais vulner\u00e1veis em sua comunidade, levando alimentos e organizando brigadas de sa\u00fade para facilitar o acesso a cuidados e suprimentos b\u00e1sicos para os moradores mais afetados da favela. Seus dois filhos adolescentes j\u00e1 est\u00e3o participando de atividades para melhorar sua comunidade junto com ela, o que a enche de orgulho.<\/span>\n<blockquote>\"My whole life has been permeated by a care network, which has supported my survival in many moments. Having this support network is very important for the residents of the favela, but when this network is also weakened, who helps you? Unfortunately, not the State, which should have done it. It was us, who did it with a lot of good will when the COVID19 pandemic hit the hardest\u201d\n\n&nbsp;<\/blockquote>\n<h1>Dhyada Zuleima Herrera Morga<\/h1>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.manovuelta.org\/\">Mano Vuelta<\/a> (M\u00e9xico)<\/h2>\nMano Vuelta \u00e9 uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o feminista sediada em Oaxaca, um dos estados com maior diversidade \u00e9tnica do M\u00e9xico. A diretora executiva da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, Dhyada Zuleima, identifica-se como afro-mexicana, uma identidade que s\u00f3 recentemente ganhou reconhecimento no censo do M\u00e9xico. Ela implementou projetos que promovem o empoderamento e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o pol\u00edtica de mulheres e meninas de comunidades ind\u00edgenas e afro em uma regi\u00e3o onde o machismo, a falta de oportunidades de educa\u00e7\u00e3o e a pobreza deixam um espa\u00e7o limitado para o envolvimento das mulheres na vida p\u00fablica.\n<blockquote>\u201cNasci e cresci perto da costa de Oaxaca. Depois fui embora para continuar estudando. Quando terminei, voltei \u00e0 minha comunidade de origem para acompanhar um processo de fortalecimento comunit\u00e1rio com mulheres e meninas ind\u00edgenas e afro-mexicanas. Tem sido um grande desafio, mas quando voc\u00ea faz isso com uma grande equipe, a jornada \u00e9 calorosa e amorosa.\u201d\n\n&nbsp;<\/blockquote>\n<h1>Glendys Blanco<\/h1>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.plafam.org.ve\/\">PLAFAM<\/a> (Venezuela)<\/h2>\nGlendys mora em Curiepe, um munic\u00edpio pr\u00f3ximo \u00e0 costa do Atl\u00e2ntico, cercada por cacaueiros e tambores de origem africana. Depois que Glendys se formou na faculdade em Caracas, ela fez um est\u00e1gio na PLAFAM, onde se tornou especialista em sa\u00fade e direitos sexuais e reprodutivos. Glendys agora faz parte de um grupo de promotores de sa\u00fade reprodutiva e conselheiros para v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia de g\u00eanero. A Venezuela tem enfrentado uma crise humanit\u00e1ria que j\u00e1 dura anos e que tem impedido que as mulheres tenham acesso at\u00e9 mesmo aos servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade mais b\u00e1sicos. Glendys e outros conselheiros da PLAFAM ajudam centenas de mulheres a encontrar lugares onde possam obter os cuidados e o apoio de que precisam.\n<blockquote>\u201cAs mulheres negras t\u00eam oportunidades muito limitadas na vida por causa de todos os preconceitos que est\u00e3o enraizados nas cren\u00e7as das pessoas devido ao racismo, mesmo em lugares onde a maioria da popula\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 afrodescendente.  As mulheres venezuelanas n\u00e3o conseguem exercer seus direitos sexuais e reprodutivos, mas as venezuelanas negras enfrentam ainda mais desafios no contexto da crise. Precisamos criar sociedades que respeitem as diferen\u00e7as de ra\u00e7a e cultura.
