For civil society organizations working in sexual and reproductive health, at the frontline of getting care to the most vulnerable groups, that question has become especially urgent and acute.\r\n\r\nFor more than two decades, F\u00f2s Feminista has worked closely with our civil society partner organizations to explore avenues to diversify revenue, including advancing mission aligned earned income activities. Through our Innovation and Social Enterprise Lab and Feminist Impact Fund, have worked with more than 30 partners spanning service providers and advocacy and education organizations who have explored, ideated, launched and scaled sustainable social enterprise models that increase access to sexual and reproductive care.\r\n\r\nIn 2026 we engaged The Bridgespan Group to assess the value created through years of social innovation work across our Alliance, and to distill the methods and approaches we have implemented and created with our partners, into an actionable tool that other civil society organizations could use. The result is a new practical guide: <em>D\u00e9marrer une aventure d'entreprise sociale<\/em>.\r\n\r\nThe guide organizes what F\u00f2s Feminista and our partners have learned from our work in social entrepreneurship into four practical questions any civil society or nonprofit organization can walk through to start a journey of earned income generation:\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li><strong>Quelles sont vos principales forces ?<\/strong> \u2014 Commencez par ce que vous faites d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien, et non par une id\u00e9e enti\u00e8rement nouvelle.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Y a-t-il une vraie demande pour ce que vous proposez ?<\/strong> \u2014 Testez vos hypoth\u00e8ses aupr\u00e8s de vrais clients avant d'investir du temps et des ressources.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Quels changements d'\u00e9tat d'esprit sont n\u00e9cessaires pour aligner les revenus sur votre mission ?<\/strong> \u2014 Repensez la fa\u00e7on dont votre organisation per\u00e7oit les revenus autonomes et mettez en lumi\u00e8re les craintes qui la freinent.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Quelles capacit\u00e9s et ressources sont requises pour rendre ce travail faisable ?<\/strong> \u2014 D\u00e9velopper la musculature interne n\u00e9cessaire pour le p\u00e9renniser, notamment en mati\u00e8re de mod\u00e9lisation financi\u00e8re, de d\u00e9cisions marketing, d'op\u00e9rations internes et d'alignement du leadership.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nLe guide s'appuie sur des exp\u00e9riences r\u00e9elles d'organisations partenaires de l'Alliance F\u00f2s Feminista qui se trouvent \u00e0 des stades tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents de leur propre parcours d'entreprise sociale \u2013 depuis des organisations de plaidoyer explorant une petite unit\u00e9 de prestation de services jusqu'\u00e0 de grands prestataires
