Ils proposent une analyse des progr\u00e8s, des d\u00e9fis et des reculs enregistr\u00e9s au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie, tels que document\u00e9s par la CEPALC et les organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile (OSC) ayant une grande exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de SRHRJ dans la r\u00e9gion.
