Dans des contextes sociaux et culturels diff\u00e9rents, ces<\/span><\/span> qui ont le moins contribu\u00e9 au changement climatique <\/span>sont souvent les plus vuln\u00e9rables et les plus touch\u00e9s par les effets du changement climatique<\/span>.<\/span> Les personnes marginalis\u00e9es<\/span> exp\u00e9rience<\/span> un acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 aux ressources et au pouvoir de d\u00e9cision, ce qui entrave \u00e9galement leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9sister aux catastrophes d'origine climatique et \u00e0 s'en remettre, ainsi qu'\u00e0 acc\u00e9der aux services de base, notamment aux soins de sant\u00e9, \u00e0 l'\u00e9ducation, au logement et \u00e0 d'autres services de rel\u00e8vement. <\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n

Le pr\u00e9sent <\/span><\/span>La fiche d'information pr\u00e9sente des \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui d\u00e9crivent le changement climatique comme un probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 et de droits sexuels et reproductifs. Les populations qui sont touch\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re disproportionn\u00e9e par le changement climatique et ses effets sont les m\u00eames que celles qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 un acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 aux services de sant\u00e9 sexuelle et reproductive, notamment les femmes et les filles, les personnes qui ont leurs r\u00e8gles, tombent enceintes et allaitent, les personnes vivant avec le VIH, les femmes et les enfants autochtones, la communaut\u00e9 LGBTQI+ et les personnes handicap\u00e9es. Cette fiche indique \u00e9galement les effets des d\u00e9placements induits par le climat, ainsi que la difficult\u00e9 de mettre en \u0153uvre des mesures de secours rapidement et en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, ce qui expose les personnes touch\u00e9es par les catastrophes naturelles \u00e0 un risque encore plus grand de contracter le COVID-19. \u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n

Il est n\u00e9cessaire de financer pleinement des solutions fond\u00e9es sur l'\u00e9quit\u00e9 et la transformation du genre pour att\u00e9nuer les effets disproportionn\u00e9s que le changement climatique continuera d'avoir sur le bien-\u00eatre sexuel et reproductif de toutes les personnes, et en particulier de celles qui sont victimes d'in\u00e9galit\u00e9s li\u00e9es au genre et d'autres in\u00e9galit\u00e9s sociales.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
