But our latest research shows <strong>a striking gap between potential and action<\/strong>:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only <strong>8%<\/strong> of men and boys surveyed have ever intervened to stop discrimination against menstruators.<\/li>\r\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And for <strong>nearly half<\/strong> of them, menstrual discrimination was not even visible.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>These findings are just the tip of the iceberg.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through the Sang pour Sang Consortium, we conducted a large-scale population-based research study on menstrual dignity and discrimination in the Global South, which included a survey of <strong>3,465 men and boys across 9 countries in Africa, Asia, and the Caribbean<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The mixed-methods findings offer powerful insights into men\u2019s and boys\u2019 menstruation-related attitudes, knowledge, perceptions, and behaviors.
