For more than a decade, Fòs Feminista’s Innovation and Social Enterprise Lab has helped feminist partners turn bold ideas into reality. With innovative financing, technical support, and funding, they design and grow social enterprises that expand access to atención sanitaria sexual y reproductiva and create lasting income streams.
Through our impact fund, we provide low-interest loans that help partners scale proven health models—from clinics to mobile units. These investments fuel growth, expand access to women’s health care, and strengthen feminist organizations ready for the next level.
We coach partners to strengthen their financial systems, reporting, and leadership so they can thrive long term. By becoming investment-ready, they build resilience, attract new resources, and ensure that sexual and reproductive health services reach more women and girls.

CEPAM-G, Ecuador
Fòs Feminista coordinated an immersion visit to Colombia with partners from 6 countries to share experiences and expertise about building sustainable models for providing services to reach the most marginalized women and girls.
A loan from the Feminist Impact Fund helped CEPEP launch a mobile health unit bringing sexual and reproductive health services to remote villages in Paraguay. By generating income through partnerships, CEPEP sustains the unit so women and girls receive free of charge.
Backed by Fòs Feminista’s Feminist Impact Fund and Innovation Lab, BFLA expanded its Belize City clinic with a pharmacy, lab, and imaging unit. Today it delivers sexual and reproductive health services in one location and sustains operations through a National Health Insurance contract.
